For the past 17 years, Simon Derham has worked as a licensed real estate agent and REIV accredited auctioneer in some of this city's premier real estate markets, including Hawthorn, Toorak, South Yarra, Richmond and Glen Iris.

Married to Kim and with twin sons Oliver and George to care for, Simon says his goal's aren't all career-focused these days.
“To be honest, my ambitions have changed since becoming a father,” he says. “Obviously it's still very important for me to be a successful real estate agent, but being a good father and husband is important too.”
Away from the office Simon can often be found assisting the 10th Malvern Scouts, walking the family dog “Sox” with his wife and sons, following the Demons or Old Melburnian's Football Club and barracking for his son's footy team, the Glen Iris
Gladiators.
