The self-assured former personal assistant has been working as an accomplished Property Manager with RT Edgar for 6 years
now. In that time, she has learnt a thing or two about successfully managing the needs and expectations of both landlords
and tenants.
“Clear, forthright communication all-round is the key” Bianca says. “I'm a fairly upfront person but approachable too, so
that really helps with the ongoing liaison that's so central to my role. Client interaction is definitely the most satisfying
part of my job.”
Bianca attended school in Kew and lives around the Hawthorn/Camberwell area. Her favourite local attractions are Rivoli
Cinemas and Anderson Park, as well as eateries such as Porgie & Mr Jones and local Bar Nevermind. She loves that the area
has plenty to offer people of all ages, especially with local universities and the private school belt. “Hawthorn, Camberwell
and Kew are very family oriented areas - it's no mystery why it's so popular to property investors and renters alike,” she says.
