    Senior Property Manager

    RT Edgar Glen Eira is seeking an experienced, well-presented and highly organised individual to join our Property Management team as a Residential Property Manager.  This role presents an outstanding opportunity to build your profile and further your career in a highly regarded real estate agency.

    The Role:

    End-to-end property management with support staff provided.

    Provide professional property management services to new and existing clients.

    Identify new opportunities.

    Maintain a high level of service and care to our loyal client base.

    Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including rental providers and renters. 


    Work experience, qualifications & specialised knowledge:

    To be our successful applicant, your background should consist of:

    Property Management experience.

    Experience with VCAT & proficient knowledge and understanding of relevant legislation.

    A current Agent’s Representative Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice (CPP41419) or real estate licence.

    Sound knowledge of the IRE | Inspection Express | Box + Dice | PropertyMe software systems.

    Strong time management capabilities and organisational skills to meet deadlines.

    The ability to engage, troubleshoot and develop ideas that will ensure the ongoing success and growth of the rental department.

    Able to work within a team environment and independently.

    Excellent relationship management and communication skills.

    Current Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle.

    Role model the RT Edgar brand of integrity and professionalism that are synonymous with our premium service;
