Property Manager/Administration Assistant
RT Edgar Bellarine is seeking an experienced Property Management/Administration Assistant to join our highly successful and growing rental department in our Ocean Grove office. This part time role (4 days per week) is suited to an individual with a passion for Property Management and Real Estate.
The role itself, inclusive of but not limited to involves administration, assisting the Head Of Property Management and Leasing Manager where required, liaising with clients, database management, property campaign management, inspections, initial and exit condition reports, tenant receipting and reception cover.
The successful person will have essential administration experience, excellent computer skills with particular emphasis on the Microsoft Office suite, experience with property management operating systems is favourable e.g Rest, File Smart, Property Me, Inspection Manager, Agent's Representative Certificate, experience in property management desirable, confident with strong presentation and communications skills and be a positive, punctual and motivated individual who can hit the ground running. You will need an Agents Representative Certificate, Victorian Drivers License and presentable vehicle.
