With a passion for property, the area and people, local boy Jack Broadhead always saw himself in real estate, and after just a few moments speaking with him, it’s easy to understand why. Originally dreaming of a career in architecture as a child, Jack switched focus to real estate at an early age as a way to make the most of his high energy personality and to work with people.
Jack’s unique sense of humor and charisma time after time proves to be something vendors find as a relief in what can sometimes be a very stressful time in selling their most valuable asset. “Real estate provides the opportunity for me to be a part of some of the biggest life decisions our clients make, whether it be purchasing or selling, and it’s something I don’t take lightly; having said that, more often than not, we have a laugh along the way”.
As a Sales Assistant for the RT Edgar Brighton office, Jack finds himself literally around the corner from St Leonard’s College, where he crafted his leadership and communication skills. “Communication at all levels is something I’ve always enjoyed, especially public speaking, and real estate gives me the opportunity to channel my energy and confidence in my ability into something productive and that I am passionate about. At RT Edgar, I am learning from and working below a list of Bayside’s finest real estate agents and auctioneers, and I certainly have goals to be joining that list one day”.
Studying Property and Valuation at RMIT, when Jack is not applying his trade in Bayside, he can be found playing basketball at the King Club in Sandringham or helping out at De La Salle Amateur Football Club.
