Inspired by his own successful experiences as a buyer, renovator and seller of homes in Victoria, Neil said farewell to a successful management career spanning IT, telecommunications and building products, and turned his attention to real estate. The valuable skills he acquired over his years in sales and marketing however, continue to serve him assiduously as he guides clients through the many critical stages of the property listing and negotiation process.
Recognised for his expertise, passion, well-honed communication skills, and outcome-focused approach, Neil’s ability to pinpoint the key selling points of a home and focus its marketing to attract the right market quickly earned him the respect of vendors, purchasers and industry colleagues.
As a local resident of Mornington Peninsula, and having owned family holiday homes at Rye and Sorrento over many years, Neil’s clients and prospective buyers gain huge benefit from his personal knowledge of the area, its attractions and the coastal community itself.
In his spare time, Neil can either be found with his family exploring the menus and wine lists of the myriad cafes and wineries on the region; supporting his beloved Collingwood AFL team; or dusting off his golf clubs for the occasional 18 holes.
