General responsibilities include ensuring the smooth running of team operations, ability to manage priorities, diary/email/database management, implement systems and processes as directed, manage weekly vendor advertising, communicate in a professional and effective manner with all external clients, maintain sales files, preparing sales submissions/reports and letters, and manage the weekly e-newsletter.
Previous real estate experience and experience in Box & Dice essential. The successful candidate will be well presented, work autonomously or under direction and have a positive can-do attitude with a love for organisation.
