Assistant Portfolio Manager

Our Carlton office is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to join our residential property management team who is enthused to prosper and grow, is highly motivated and ambitious. In this role you will assist 3 Portfolio Managers in an expanding business.

Training will include conducting open for inspections, final Inspections, routine inspections, condition reports, processing application forms, conducting sign ups with new tenants, administration duties, including typing reports and letters, filing, checking emails, actioning maintenance and come to manage any new managements/listings (in time). To be successful for this role you must hold a current Agents Representative Certificate, have effective record keeping skills both in electronic and hard copy files, be proactive and work autonomously or under direction and possess excellent communication skills both verbally and written, a current drivers license and own registered vehicle, current Police Check and knowledge of Console is welcomed (but not imperative).

Our Bayside Albert Park office is seeking a receptionist to join them and support their high end customers. This position will involve a high level of client interaction so outstanding customer expertise and the ability to liaise at all levels will be required. The office provides a lovely team environment and the opportunity to learn and grow within the group. Being responsible for the day to day running of the front office and assisting property management, this position requires a friendly manner and someone who can take ownership of the role using excellent organisational skills. The ideal candidate would have real estate experience and a current agents representative certificate.
