Sales Secretary

Join one of Victoria's premier Real Estate offices with an outstanding reputation. We are seeking an administrative assistant to work in our busy and established office. Providing full administrative support for a highly successful sales team, you will possess outstanding verbal and written communication skills coupled with exceptional time management.

General responsibilities include ensuring the smooth running of team operations, ability to manage priorities, diary/email/database management, implement systems and processes as directed, manage weekly vendor advertising, communicate in a professional and effective manner with all external clients, maintain sales files, preparing sales submissions/reports and letters, and manage the weekly e-newsletter.

Previous real estate experience and experience in Box & Dice essential. The successful candidate will be well presented, work autonomously or under direction and have a positive can-do attitude with a love for organisation. RT Edgar has an opportunity for two driven, professionally presented and highly organised, customer focused individuals to join our expanding team as master of first impressions/receptionist at both our Carlton and Boroondara offices.

The ideal candidates will have a “can do” attitude, be highly motivated, great customer service skills and team players, possessing a current Agent’s Representative certificate. Key responsibilities will include front of house administration, greeting clients, managing all enquiries and calls.

Sales Consultant

Holding strong market share in Flinders and with continued growth, we are now seeking a Sales Consultant who is like minded to join our successful team. We are looking for a sales professional who has a minimum of 2 years Real Estate experience, valid Real Estate qualification/s, strong attention to detail, customer service focus, computer skills and a current Victorian Drivers licence and reliable car. Box+Dice experience and customer testimonials preferred but not essential.
