    -Includes the full spectrum of property management

    -Provide professional property management services to new & existing clients.

    -Identify new opportunities to effectively grow the business brand, service & property management portfolio

    -Build strong relationships with key stakeholders including landlords & tenants. 

    Work experience, qualifications & specialised knowledge:

    To be our successful applicant, your background should consist of:

    -Property Management experience

    -Experience with tenancy tribunal matters & proficient knowledge & understanding of relevant legislation.

    -A current Agent’s Representative Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice (CPP41419) or real estate licence.

    -Sound knowledge of the Console | Box & Dice | PropertyMe software systems

    -Strong time management capabilities & organisational skills to meet deadlines

    -The ability to engage, trouble shoot & develop ideas that will ensure the on-going success & growth of the rental department plus the ability to work within a team environment & independently

    -Excellent relationship management & communication skills

    -Current Drivers Licence
